1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver exclusively within the European Union (EU). We currently do not ship to countries outside the EU.

EU Countries We Deliver To:

All 27 EU member states including: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

2. Age Verification Requirements

Important: Our products contain alcohol and are restricted to customers aged 18 and over.

• A person aged 18 or over must be present to receive the delivery
• Delivery personnel may request to see valid photo identification
• If no one aged 18+ is available, delivery will not be completed
• You may be charged for re-delivery attempts

3. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Processing may take longer during holidays or peak periods. You will receive a dispatch notification when your order ships.

4. Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

We have warehouses in France and Czech Republic to provide faster and more convenient delivery. Due to different shipping distances, prices vary by destination:

• France: 8€ - 1-2 business days
• Czech Republic: 8€ - 1-2 business days
• Rest of EU: 15€ - 3-7 business days
• Delivery for orders over 150€ is free

5. Issues with Delivery

Once we hand your order to the shipping company, we're not responsible for delivery delays, lost packages, or delivery issues. Contact the shipping carrier directly for any delivery problems.

5.1 Wrong Delivery Address

Ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses. Address changes after order confirmation may not be possible.

5.2 Missing Items

Check your order against the packing slip. Report missing items within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate and arrange replacement or refund.

5.3 Unclaimed Packages

Packages not collected within the carrier's specified timeframe will be returned to us. Return shipping costs may be deducted from any refund, and storage fees may apply for extended holding periods.
