You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or someone you designate) receive the goods.

Important Storage Guidelines: For the freshest taste, store your wine in a cool, dark place (10–15 °C / 50–59 °F). Avoid temperature swings, vibrations, and direct sunlight. Before starting the wine tasting experience, put white wine into the fridge 2–3 hours before, and red wine about 30 minutes before the tasting. To fully appreciate the wine's aroma and flavor, avoid serving it at room temperature.
Not following these storage tips may affect the wine's freshness and eligibility for return.

Step 3: Pack items securely in original packaging and send them back - you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake
Step 4: We'll process your return within 14 days of receiving the items and issue your refund
We will refund all payments within 14 days after we receive your returned items and verify they're in good condition.
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to process the refund.
If we send you products that are defective or damaged, we'll replace them at no cost to you.
Report issues within 48 hours by emailing contact@aromeswinebox.com with photos and your order number. We'll arrange collection and send replacements or provide a full refund including all shipping costs.
Note: Damage that occurs during shipping is the carrier's responsibility.
Once we hand your order to the shipping company, we're not responsible for delivery delays, lost packages, or shipping damage. Contact the shipping carrier directly for any delivery problems.
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
Packages not collected within the carrier's specified timeframe will be returned to us. Return shipping costs may be deducted from any refund, and storage fees may apply for extended holding periods.
